Presenter Agreement

Read the txEDCON Presenter Agreement.

Contract/Agreement

As the main presenter, you agree to and understand the following:

By submitting your application as the main presenter, you represent that you (or your company or organization) are fully authorized to use all content that you present or make available to attendees. You represent that, to the best of your knowledge, your presentation does not violate any proprietary or personal rights of others (including any copyright, trademark, or privacy rights) and contains nothing defamatory or otherwise unlawful. You understand that TASA and TASB will neither defend nor indemnify you against any claims made by others that arise from your presentation.

You agree to notify us immediately if an emergency or other unforeseeable issue prevents you from presenting.

You grant TASA | TASB permission to use your name, likeness, photograph and biographical data in connection with the use and promotion of the program. If you grant TASA | TASB permission to publish your content, your content may be published in full, in print or electronic medium, up to a year after your presentation.

You grant TASA | TASB the right to, in their sole discretion, record your session, broadcast your session live (including over the internet), and rebroadcast your session, in whole or in part, jointly or separately for any TASA or TASB purpose.

You grant TASA | TASB the right to share your name, company, and email address with third-party service providers to be used to fulfill the requirements of this Agreement and to perform other duties in connection with txEDCON. It will be your responsibility to upload your presentation to the service provider's website or portal when required.

It is also your responsibility to upload your presentation to txEDCON's mobile app if you want a PDF version of your presentation to be made available to attendees before, during, or after the event.

You understand that you must register and pay to attend the TASA | TASB Convention and are also responsible for all travel arrangements and expenses that you incur. You will not receive any compensation for this presentation.

You represent that you are authorized to bind the company or organization you represent, if applicable. Any change to these terms must be agreed to in writing by an authorized TASA | TASB representative in order to be valid.
